Part of enhancing peace and being the change is nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. For your enjoyment, we have a wonderful, peaceful room filled with local Holistic Practioners that are offering complimentary sessions of Acupuncture, Acutonics, Quantum Touch, Reiki, Chiropractry, and Massage. It would be a delightful opportunity to experience these different modalities of healing.

Julia Radford is a Master Level Reiki Teacher/Practitioner with fifteen years of progressive experience working with people and animals. Julia's practice is headquartered at The Haven, her small farm in Harvard, MA. She also practices Reiki in private homes and professional medical facilities. A licensed horseback riding instructor, Julia teaches at the farm she shares with her husband and their various animals: dogs, cats, horses, and a very talkative parrot. Additionally, Julia is an herbalist and grows herbs for teas and tinctures, gladly sharing them with family, friends, and clients.

Who is Erik Carlson -- Erik's previous career was hardware, systems, and software engineering, but in 1993 he began to devote more and more of his time studying meditation, Asian culture, Chinese internal martial arts, holistic healing modalities, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and internal energy work.

Erik began teaching Yang style Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong and Tai Chi sword at Compaq Computer/Hewlett Packard in 2000 under the guidance of Sifu Huang Keo-Wei. Erik practices several forms of Qigong including Yang style Tai Chi Qigong, Chen style Tai Chi Qigong, Tao Tan Pai (Taoist Golden Elixir), Iron Shirt Qigong, and Spring Forest Qigong.

In 2008, Erik graduated from Spa Tech (formerly the Polarity Realization Institute) and is a Licensed Massage Therapist LMT, Polarity practitioner, a Usui/Lightarian Reiki master teacher, master practitioner of Integrated Energy Therapy, a Shambala master and he also offers Acutonics® harmonic healing, which uses sound instruments in place of Acupuncture needles to promote healing.

Beth Hill, LMT, graduated from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy, Worcester. Beth specializes in deep tissue massage, including myofascial and trigger point work. She is certified in Orthopedic massage. Orthopedic massage combines techniques to address specific orthopedic conditions. She also practices Swedish relaxation, pre-natal, and hot stone massage, and is working on certification in Tuina, (Chinese massage). She is committed to massage as a method of stress reduction and catalyst for healing. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Her hobbies include yoga, skiing, and hiking with her dog.

Dr. Diamond has had a passionate interest in mind/body healing techniques for 25 years and has been a practicing Chiropractor for the last 15. She specializes in a unique combination of gentle touch techniques using energetic release points along the spine, which invoke a profound relaxation response and frees the spine from unconscious tension and stress patterns. The effects are holistic and transformational and the process feels great to receive. In addition to the onsite offering at the conference, all participants are invited to receive an entire initial visit including a full treatment at Network Chiropractic Healing Center in Acton with no out-of-pocket cost.

Janice Perry L.Ac. is a graduate of the New England School of Acupuncture. She holds a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and completed the dual track in both Chinese and Japanese Acupuncture. The study of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine is also included in this program which requires over 3000 hours in clinical and didactic instruction. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Mass. College of Pharmacy. She has been a practicing pharmacist for over thirty years with a specialty in community pharmacy. Her wealth of experience in one-on-one patient counseling includes prescription drug therapy, nutraceuticals, homeopathy, natural products and both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Janice's practice also includes veterinary acupuncture and the treatment of horses, dogs, and cats.
